STEP 1 was really tough for me as an International Medical Graduate. I’d taken the exam four times and had never been able to pass. Austin taught me how to apply my medical knowledge to the exam and how to think and answer questions in the style of STEP 1. I’d given up on passing, but by working with Austin, I ended up scoring a 229 on the exam. Without his help, I’d never be starting residency this fall!
